CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee for the total of your booked service. You will be charged 100% of your service fee for same day cancellations or no shows. *If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please communicate to Kimberly within the first week of your appointment to take advantage of the adjustment policy. NO REFUNDS of any kind will be made*
